The pro tip is to then prompt chat to create a polished video script that you can use for your next YouTube or Instagram video.
Referral Program Ideas
“Can you suggest creative ideas for a client referral program that incentivizes past clients to refer new business to me?” Almost every Realtor I know, gets a decent to large portion of their business from referrals. Leveraging Chat to help you create ideas and systems for more referral business is a no-brainer to me. Referrals are the the lowest cost to client acquisition and every Realtor I know wants more of them. The next step to the initial prompt is to tell Chat how you mostly gain referrals and to build a referral program around that.
